Worm gearbox

A worm gearbox, or also known as a worm drive gearbox, consists of a worm wheel and a worm that is perpendicular to the wheel. An electric motor produces power to rotate the worm, which in turn drives the worm wheel. The worm gearbox is one of the most common gearboxes in the market.
