How do I become a registered user if I do not have an account?
You can click on “Register” at the top bar of the website and fill in your details. However, there is an even faster way – go to any product listing with “Login/Register to view your price”. Once you click into it, you can Create an Account immediately by entering you email address and a default password will be sent to you.

How do I place an order?
Once you are signed in, go to the product that you wish to order and select “Add to Cart”. Click on your shopping cart and proceed to payment. If the item that you want is out of stock or has no price stated, click on the “Ask for pricing/Lead Time” button and fill in your details. We will contact you within 1 business day.
How do I find my existing orders?
At the top bar, click on the down arrow next to your name and select “Dashboard”. You will see all the orders with payment and shipping statuses.

If you have selected Create account immediately, the password will you be sent to you within 10 minutes.
What if I forgot my user ID or Password?
Click on “Forgot password?” at the sign in pop-up and you can key in your email address for the password to be emailed to you.

How do I find a product from the printed catalog?
Go to the product listing and click on the product name. This brings you to the product page. Under ‘Additional Information’, you can view the catalogue of this item quickly at one glance. Under ‘Material’, you can download the full catalogue that contains this product. If the product page does not have these information, fret not- you can always email us at email@example.com and we will send to you the specifications by email.
Where can I find more information on product support?
You can download the full catalogue at the product page, under “Material”. Alternatively, you can let us know what information you require at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get that information for you.
How can I download drawings for a product?
At the product page, you can download 2D and 3D CAD drawings of the product once you are signed in. If the drawings are not available, simply email us at email@example.com and we will send to you the drawings by email.
